What experience do I need to have?

No experience required. No prep required. Come as you are (if you come with an open mind).

Is there a limit to the number of participants?

Yes, <10 people. Our experience tells us that this number allows for a productive working session, along with room for light discussion.

What if we don’t like the output?

If you're not happy, we're not happy and we'll try to make it right. Get in touch and let us know. Most hiccups get smoothed out with a simple conversation. If you’re still not happy, we’ll work something out.

Still unsure? Most founders opt to include a One-on-One Working Session at check-out for additional peace of mind.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 10 days before the workshop date. If you cancel less than 10 days ahead, we provide a partial refund or credit towards a future branding workshop.
